Lil’faces Printables are here for everyday use in the work place, for teachers, childcare providers and parents as well. We design forms, calendars, daily reports, awards, diplomas and much more. You can enjoy our premade forms or have them custom made with your business name, logo and information added to them. The choice is yours and the possiblities are endless.
How it works:
- Decide which forms you’d like to order by chosing a kit or custom ordering individual forms.
- You will choose to purchase a CD to be mailed to you or a download of your forms.
- Should you customize your forms to add your personal & business information to them, you will pay for your order then email the details to us.
- There is also a form you may fill out on the order page.
Custom orders will either be available on CD or a zip file emailed to you once your order is complete.
